お彼岸が過ぎ、やっと秋の気配が濃くなってきましたね。
道端に真っ赤な彼岸花を見つけました。
枝も葉も節もない花茎から、まっすぐ伸びた放射状の花弁。
有毒の上、「地獄花」「幽霊花」など、不吉な花として忌み嫌われる
彼岸花ですが、「情熱」「独立」「再会」と言う花言葉もあります。

突然ですが「佃煮」の話です。
ご存知のように「佃煮」は、魚介類や昆布などの海産物を、お砂糖や醤油で甘辛く煮付けた日本の食べ物です。保存食としても重宝がられていますね。
