先日、地盤改良工事（ＲＥＳ－Ｐ工法）に立会いました。
ＲＥＳ－Ｐ工法とは、弱い地盤中にパイプ（細径鋼管）を貫入して、地盤とパイプの
複合作用で地盤を強くして沈下を防ぐ住宅の基礎地盤改良工法です。

毎年、この時期に成りますと色々、反省しなければならない事が
多々あります。
考えてみますと毎年同じ事の反省がいくつかあります・・・進歩が

24日・イブの日にお客様と設計の小谷氏とが立合いのもと、塗りのパターンや

８月に着工した世田谷区のＹ邸が先日完成しました。
狭小地を最大限に活用した木造枠組み工法の３階建です。
当初、建築確認許可の遅れから着工が遅れお客様には大変ご心配をお掛け致しましたが、
お客様のご理解・ご協力をいただき、無事お引渡しができました、

担当者レベルの25人程の懇親会を兼ねた忘年会です。
